ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm so glad you stumbled across my page! :)

I'm Leah, but my pen name is L. Taylor, and I am an aspiring Christian author. I am a very proud Liberty University alumna with three degrees, my highest being my master's of fine arts in creative writing. I mostly write Christian historical fiction, but I also dabble in literary fiction, romantic comedies, and a smidge of poetry here and there. I recently finished editing my debut novel, a rich, moving 1850s retelling of the parable of the prodigal son, and I'm now in the process of finding an agent to work with to help get my story on shelves!

 

I'm also a freelance editor! I have found such joy in seeing writers become authors and seeing them publish work that they are proud of. The Lord has shown me time and time again that I'm called to be an author and an editor, and I'm excited to see how He uses me in that calling.  ​
